To actively and effectively manage our business in response to COVID-19, the lobbies of all JHA offices will be closed to the public until further notice.

All payments will be received through the postal mail or left in our drop box at the JHA office on the right side of the building Please contact the appropriate JHA staff by phone or email.

Any in person appointments will be scheduled by phone for a specific date and time.

All non-emergency inspections (HQS, UPCS and housekeeping) have been canceled until further notice.

Maintenance staff will only perform essential or emergency work orders (such as clogged plumbing, water leaks and health/safety related issues) until further notice. All other work orders will be deferred until further notice.

We will continue to monitor evolving conditions about the virus to ensure the actions we take are comprehensive and suitable. While we are always available by email/phone, we encourage you to check the JHA website ( for operational updates.
